The organisers reserve the right of entry to this event and reserve the right to decline entry to any person unable to meet or abide by the organiser’s conditions or are deemed to be behaving inappropriately. Photographs might be taken at the event for promotional purposes, If you are concerned about photography taking place at this event, please contact the organisers who will be pleased to discuss the matter with you. No commercial use may be made of photographs taken at a Essex County Fencing Union event without the prior written permission of the Union. All private individuals wishing to take photographs or videos at events must sign the register and receive a form of identifier and display this visibly on all cameras at all times. NB the person registered is responsible for all images even if the camera is not used exclusively by them during the event. NB. Permission should always be sought from all minors and their parent or guardian, please remember that everyone has the right to withhold permission. It is the responsibility of those attending any event to always dress appropriately and in a manner that they would wish to be photographed. The legal guardians of minors should note that photography will be allowed during finals (medal fights) and that de facto consent to be photographed is presumed.
